AMAZON FASHION EXPANDS PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE TO INCLUDE MENS

by Stephen Garner

Amazon Fashion is expanding its monthly styling service exclusively for Prime members into men’s fashion.

Customers will now be able to shop hundreds of thousands of men’s styles across more than a thousand brands via Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe, including Scotch & Soda, Original Penguin, Adidas, Lacoste, Carhartt, Levi’s, Amazon Essentials, Goodthreads, and more.

Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe originally launched in 2019 for women and provides a convenient way for customers to receive a curated assortment of fashion selection based on style and fit preferences. The service also lets customers make a specific request, such as what to wear for a job interview via Zoom or another specific occasion.

Since the service launched last year, hundreds of thousands of customers created fashion profiles with Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe. More than half of the customers using the service shared they use it for a wardrobe refresh. Customers who aren’t interested in a specific category or seasonal wardrobe update have asked our stylists to surprise them with their picks.

Some of the top motivators men asked to use this service include the convenience of having someone else shop for them, help putting together outfits, improvement of their existing wardrobe, and guidance to keep up with trends.

Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe is available for Prime members for $4.99/month via the Amazon app and mobile browser.
