Bloomingdale’s is partnering with entertainment company Nintendo to be the key player in the retailer’s spring campaign, entitled “Let’s Play”, which will be brought to life through exclusive merchandise, in-store events, and activations. The campaign will launch on March 10 and product will be available in select stores and at bloomingdales.com/Nintendo.

Highlights of the men’s collection will include apparel, furnishings, and accessories by Sovereign Code, Onia, Original Penguin, Gitman Vintage, Barneys Cool, Bricktown, and Herschel. There will also be S’well water bottles and Sunnylife ping-pong paddles adorned with classic Super Mario character images, along with Funboy inflatable tubes. In addition, some stores will house Let’s Play pop-up shops that feature gaming stations where shoppers can try their hand at classic Nintendo games.

“With the 90’s nostalgia happening in fashion and pop-culture, Nintendo is the perfect partner to take over the Bloomingdale’s spring campaign,” said Kevin Harter, Bloomingdale’s Group Vice President, Integrated Marketing. “We are continually trying to enhance our customer experience and partnering with Nintendo on in-store activations and limited-edition merchandise reinforces the notion that fashion is about having fun.”
