Capture2The Bon-Ton Stores, Gap Inc., Nordstrom, Old Navy and UGG Australia are among 16 retailers who are teaming up this year to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America over the holidays.

BGCA supports America’s youth who are most in need during the out-of-school time. Clubs around the country provide hope and opportunity to young people who might not have caring mentors or even a place to do their homework.

For example, Bon-Ton will donate $2.75 from every $10 cuddly bear purchased through December 24; Nordstrom will donate 2.5 percent of net sales from its house brand, Treasure & Bond, through January 31; and Old Navy will have a special social media promotion from December 1-7 in which they will make donations.

“We are grateful to our corporate partners who give so generously throughout the year, and especially during the holiday season,” said Julie Teer, senior vice president, resource development, at BGCA. “We thank the thousands of caring customers at these retailers who donate to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, during the holidays or in any season, to give the gift of a great future to our nation’s kids and teens.”
