BROOKS BROTHERS OPENS NEW STORE IN NEW YORK CITY’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT
Brooks Brothers celebrated the opening of its newest location in Manhattan, a 10,000-square-foot, two-level space in the Western Union Telegraph Building at 195 Broadway and Fulton Street. If the location weren’t prime enough, the soaring stone columns, coffered ceilings, and travertine floors offer a grand shopping experience that lives up to the 207-year-old brand’s mystique. The location is blocks away from the location of the Brooks Brothers store at One Liberty Plaza, which was decimated by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The opening party, held on Wednesday, May 28th, was immediately followed by an intimate dinner at Nobu Downtown, located literally across the hall from the store in the same building. Brooks Brothers CEO Ken Ohashi (an MR Award Honoree for 2025) hosted the dinner, which included brand owner Authentic Brands Group’s Jarrod Weber, Brooks Brothers designer Michael Bastian and VP, Marketing & Public Relations Arthur Wayne, as well as industry press and fashion influencers.
