Bruce Pask has been named men’s fashion director at Bergdorf Goodman. Pask comes to the luxury retailer from T Magazine, the Sunday fashion supplement to the New York Times, where he’s been men’s fashion director since 2006. He starts in two weeks and will report to Linda Fargo, SVP of fashion office and store presentation.
“I am thrilled to welcome Bruce Pask to Bergdorf Goodman as men’s fashion director,” said president Joshua Schulman in a statement. “He has impeccable credentials in the men’s market. With the completion of the men’s store renovation, now is the perfect time for Bruce to join the company. I am confident his leadership, taste level, and deep understanding and love of men’s luxury product will have a significant impact on our business.”
Pask began his career at GQ, where he was from 1990 to 2000. He served as fashion director for Cargo, the men’s shopping magazine, for its short run from 2003 to 2006. While at T Magazine, Pask has been styling ad campaigns and runway shows for menswear brands like Todd Snyder. He’s also done costume design for Broadway productions and television.
