Bruce Thorn Suits Up as Men’s Wearhouse COO
The Men’s Wearhouse has a new chief operating officer.
The California-based men’s specialty retailer, which operates 1,758 stores, announced today that Bruce K. Thorn, 48, is its new EVP and COO. Thorn began his new job on Monday. He previously worked at PetSmart, Inc since 2007 where he most recently served as EVP of store operations, services and supply chain. He also previously held leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Cintas Corporation.
“To further round out our experienced senior team, we are thrilled to name Bruce Thorn as our chief operating officer,” said Men’s Wearhouse CEO Doug Ewert in a statement. “Bruce brings with him extensive experience and an infusion of new ideas to help us create a stronger company and unlock future growth.”
