bruno magliItalian footwear label Bruno Magli has opened its new retail store in Miami, Florida’s newest luxury shopping destination, Brickell City Centre.  The new location is the brand’s first standalone retail store to open in the United States since Marquee Brands acquired the brand in early 2015.  The Miami location will be followed with additional U.S. doors in major markets.

The 1,000 square-foot store location sits on the ground floor of the Brickell City Centre amongst international luxury brands such as Valentino, Bally, Armani, Chopard, Hugo Boss, and Coach.

The store’s modern design aesthetic follows the new retail concept created for Bruno Magli by Kramer Design Group. Sleek marble walls are punctuated with the brand’s iconic bordeaux colorway and an impressive ceiling design feature which showcases vintage wooden shoe forms and lasts. In keeping with Bruno Magli tradition, all furniture and design elements are sourced from the finest Italian materials.

“Following the success of our milestone eightieth anniversary last year, we initiated a strategic global retail roll out to meet the demands of our international customers both online and within our brick and mortar stores,” said Cory Baker, COO of Marquee Brands. “Despite the challenges of many in the retail environment today, we are fortunate to have a loyal customer eager for more touch points to our new men’s and women’s collections. Miami remains an influential destination for luxury fashion to both travelers and locals alike and the expansion of our vertical retail model is an exciting next phase for Bruno Magli.”
