COLDPLAY’S CHRIS MARTIN CO-DESIGNS LIMITED EDITION SKYWATCH X LOVE BUTTON WATCH
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and Skywatch, the California-based Swiss-made watch brand, have teamed up to create a limited edition Skywatch X Love Button watch benefitting the Love Button Global Movement.
Martin shares, “I’m really happy to be involved with this collaboration between Skywatch and Love Button for these great watches, and I believe very much in the causes which will benefit from it.” The Skywatch X Love Button watch is launching in a limited edition run of 1000 of each of the two sizes offered (2000 in total). The two options available include a 38mm 3-hands watch and a 44mm chronograph.
A significant portion of the proceeds from each sale will go to the Love Button Global Movement, a non-profit organization with an international humanitarian mission to foster loving acts of kindness and collaborate with organizations and individuals who transform and uplift lives. The total donation from the sales of the limited edition watch to Love Button will amount up to $250,000. Like all Skywatch timepieces, the Skywatch X Love Button watch is made in Switzerland.
The limited edition timepiece comes in a shade of blue, chosen by Martin, features the Love Button “LOVE” logo, and includes a special inscription from Martin engraved on the case back. Each watch includes a Love Button pin and a thank you note from Chris Martin.
Available exclusively on SkywatchTime.com, the watch retails for $595 for the 38mm 3-hands watch and $695 for the 46mm chronograph.
Skywatch is based in Manhattan Beach, California. Brand Architect and Creative Director Gabriel Ibarra collaborates with product designers from Geneva to create the line. Skywatch timepieces are designed in California and made in Switzerland with Swiss-made movements, Italian sailcloth straps, Super LumiNova photo luminescent dial markers and are water-resistant to 200M.
