Portland, Oregon-based footwear brand Danner and Ventura, California clothing brand Iron & Resin have come together for a three-piece capsule collection inspired by the great outdoors. The collection is now available online at danner.com, ironandresin.com, huckberry.com and select retailers across the country.

Included in the collaboration is the Danner x Iron & Resin Tramline boot, which features a suede leather upper, a waxed canvas collar and Danner’s classic stitchdown construction. Made in Danner’s Portland, Oregon factory, the boot features a Vibram Cristy outsole and soft leather lining.

The collection also includes the Gaviota Jacket and the Rivermouth Cap, both of which are made in California. The Gaviota Jacket is a 10 ounce waxed cotton canvas and features both zip and button closures with a hood visor and elbow patches. The Rivermouth Cap, made of the same waxed canvas as the coat, is a five panel hat with an adjustable back and a boot lace visor trim.

“For years, people having been wearing Danner boots while riding motorcycles,” said Will Pennartz, senior marketing manager for Danner. “The concept behind the collaboration was to create a versatile, USA-made collection, inspired by the types of conditions you can encounter while riding or exploring the West Coast this time of year.”

“We’ve long been fans of Danner boots and have been using them on our own adventures for years,” added Thom Hill, co-founder of Iron & Resin. “Designing this collection with Danner was an opportunity to build the ideal boot we would use both on and off a bike, scrambling around our local mountains and frequenting our favorite watering holes.”
