MORE DINING, RETAIL ON THE WAY AT THIS SEATTLE AIRPORT

Amid the ongoing construction at Sea-Tac Airport, the Port of Seattle this week announced more dining and retail options are on the way. The airport’s offerings will expand from the current 85 dining and retail establishments to 135 in the next few years, according to a port news release Wednesday. Ivar’s, Pallino Pastaria and Subway will offer limited hot and cold menu options from kiosks next to the nearly $17 million Central Terminal renovation, which eventually will add 10,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. While it will be serving from a kiosk, Ivar’s noted it did not win bids for a full restaurant site at Sea-Tac. Read more at The News Tribune.
