Happy Returns Takes Back Your Returns
Happy Returns is a new company that takes the pain out of the return process. It hopes to bring greater cost savings and efficiencies to merchants and greater ease of returns for customers. The co-founders, David Sobie and Mark Geller, met at HauteLook, a company that was acquired by Nordstrom and integrated into the Rack. After the acquisition, David and Mark worked together on the Return to Rack program that enabled HauteLook shoppers to return products to Nordstrom Rack stores. They founded Happy Returns based on the insights they learned at Return to Rack. They learned that on-line customers preferred returning merchandise in person to avoid the hassle of sending products back and then waiting for credit for the return by mail. Read more at Forbes.
