HIGHLIGHTS FROM NEW YORK’S DIGITAL FASHION WEEK

by Stephen Garner

As we wrap-up another digital-first season, industry events New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and New York Men’s Day (NYMD) are lending their platforms to emerging designers. With more and more established designers choosing to show their wares off-calendar or in other formats, NYFW and NYMD are helping to develop new talents by getting the industry’s eyes on their collections.

Now in its 15th edition, NYMD kicked off the week with 11 emerging menswear and gender-fluid designer presentations hosted on the CFDA’s Runway360 digital platform. This season, designers received a dedicated 10-minute time slot where their presentations appeared on the Runway360 main page. Incorporating the latest in AR/VR, live video streaming, e-commerce extensions, consumer shopping features, social media integrations, product images, and much more.

Below, see some of the best looks from menswear collections shown digitally this week during NYFW and NYMD.
