HIGHSNOBIETY DEBUTS ISSUE #30
You know we love it when a website comes to life as a printed magazine! (We’re already working on our July MR AWARDS issue, timed for New York Market Week.) That’s why we’re excited to see Highsnobiety’s latest issue hitting the newsstands, featuring 24 year old rap sensation, Central Cee.
In the new conversation with Simran Hans with accompanying photos by Joe Cruz and styling by Highsnobiety’s Fashion Director Sebastian Jean, Central Cee gives a rare, candid take on rejecting a Rolex from Drake, why clothing is like “choosing your skin”, writing lyrics at 14 years old, and the time Diddy asked him for a selfie.
Central Cee dressed himself for the cover, a nod to his love for designer tracksuits that has kept his Instagram following closely monitoring his feed for years. Central Cee wears Thom Browne alongside his own hat and custom jewelry.
Elsewhere in the issue are other champions of taste including Reign Judge, Emma D’Arcy, and Montell Fish, features on Dover Street Market’s Rose Bakery, the carabiner, and the work of menswear designer Connor McKnight. Alongside the editorial refocus, and first-ever in-print Highsnobiety Beauty section, the magazine has also been physically re-sized.
