IDESIGN TO SPONSOR CUSTOM TRAINING ACADEMY
IDesign will sponsor the Custom Training Academy at four different locations and times this summer: Saturday, July 15 at the Sheraton/Midtown in New York; Monday, July 31 at the Mart in Chicago; Saturday, August 5 at the Southern Clothing Market in Charlotte, North Carolina; and Tuesday, August 15 at PROJECT at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas
A free service for all manufacturers, retailers and, buyers, the Academy’s purpose is to help people sell a little more, measure a little better and be able to be a little more knowledgeable in their field than they were before. The Academy will run from 9am-4:30pm each day, but participants can attend individual sessions if they choose. Moreover, all sessions will be videotaped for an upcoming YouTube channel.
Among the many topics that will be covered are how to start a business, general facts about the men’s custom industry, what’s new in technology and clothing fabrics, how to properly measure sportcoats, pants, vests, topcoats, shirts and suits, and many more.
