INDOCHINO LAUNCHES VIRTUAL STYLE CONSULTATIONS

by Stephen Garner

Having to adapt to new ways to conduct business, men’s custom apparel brand Indochino has launched virtual style consultations. Customers can now chat with stylists face-to-face and receive all the expert guidance of an in-person appointment, without leaving their home.

Indochino stylists from across its 50+ North American showrooms are ready to serve individuals looking for style advice and wardrobe upgrades. Each appointment is personalized to each customer, with employees combining their personal style expertise with the brand’s website and visual aids like Pinterest to bring their recommendations to life. They can also walk customers wishing to place an order through its online custom shopping experience.

Scheduling a virtual style consultation mirrors the process of booking a showroom appointment. Customers visit the website and, instead of selecting their nearest showroom, they choose their time zone, appointment type, and a convenient date and time. They receive a link with instructions and the 30-minute video call begins at the allotted time.

“We are committed to elevating our customers’ everyday style, wherever they are, and however they choose to shop with us,” said Drew Green, president and CEO of Indochino. “We look forward to seeing our loyal customers in person as soon as it is safe to do so. Until then, we’re going back to our digital roots with an online shopping experience that now includes an incredible team of virtual stylists ready to help individuals look and feel their best, wherever they are in the world.”
