J Brand founder Jeffrey Rüdes is launching a new collection that shies away from his usual denim aestheitc. While the collection does feature some jeans, the focus is on jackets.

After leaving J Brand last year, Rüdes wanted to create a brand for the man who likes his tailored pieces, but has an edgy side. Jackets will be made available in many colors and pattens, as well as styles like double-breasted peaked-lapel and shawl-collar dinner jackets.

The collection will be available exclusively at the company’s SoHo flagship store and website, both scheduled to launch in July. Rüdes will release new merchandise every month, creating on a “buy now, wear now” business model. Shirts will range from $360 to $550 retail, while jackets range from $1,600 to $3,200.
