Jimmy Choo Sales Get A Lift From Men’s Shoes And Bags

Jimmy Choo may be best known for its skyscraper heels, but fashion fans snapping up handbags and men’s footwear helped sales jump 7% last year, the luxury-goods brand said. Its men’s division made “excellent progress” and remained one of its fastest-growing categories in 2015, the firm said. Fragrances and small handbags were also popular. Jimmy Choo noted a strong performance in Asia and Japan, offsetting the impact in Europe of terror attacks. Unlike other luxury brands such as Burberry and Prada, Jimmy Choo did not refer to a tough China market where retailers have been battling tough sales.
