New York-based sportswear brand Rag & Bone has launched a new media campaign called the Men’s Project, which began appearing this week in digital and print outlets, including the company’s website.

The Project features an eclectic group of nine well-known men, starting with award-winning actor, writer and director John Turturro, who was photographed against the backdrop of his neighborhood in Brooklyn. Other participants include musicians Mauro Refosco, Honor Titus, Wiz Khalifa and Joey Waronker; photographer David Flinn; actor and director Harvey Keitel, dancer and choreographer Mikhail Baryshnikov, and actor Mark Hamill. The photographs and accompanying videos were shot in the location of the subject’s choosing by noted photographer Andreas Laszlo Konrath.

“Our goal with the Men’s Project was to capture each artist’s personality and sense of style,” said Marcus Wainwright, Rag & Bone co-CEO. “These are guys we genuinely admire – for their talent, their attitude, their style. There is nothing contrived about them. They’re totally authentic individuals, but as a group, they embody the spirit of the brand.”
