KITH RELEASES WINTER 2022 MENSWEAR COLLECTION WITH BERGDORF GOODMAN CAPSULE
When a couple of city slickers like Kith and Bergdorf Goodman get together, the last thing we might expect to see is a grouping that looks as though it were inspired by a pastoral weekend on a lakeside retreat. Kith’s men’s Winter 2022 collection does just that, though, balancing soft, comfortable textures and a tranquil palette with sophisticated fabrics and urbane silhouettes for a wardrobe that is as at home on the streets of Manhattan as it would be in the wilds of the Catskills. Reprising its partnership with Bergdorf Goodman, outerwear includes the Wool Coaches Jacket and Hawthorne Flight Jacket, alongside track sets and crewnecks. Each style features Kith and Bergdorf Goodman co-branding: The first brand to feature the iconic Bergdorf Goodman logo on the outside of apparel.
The collection features luxurious Italian leather, shearling, sherpa, and goat suedes, and Kith continues its partnership with the historic Italian mill Manteco to create high-quality wool garments. Grounded in a palette of warm, versatile neutrals, the collection balances a mix of oversized silhouettes and relaxed tailoring, perfect for today’s sophisticated yet relaxed dress codes.
Layering pieces, such as the Coaches Jacket, showcase various stitching techniques and varsity-inspired artwork on wool, leather, and suede fabrics. The assortment’s more technical styles, including the Walton Parka, Midi Puffer, and Madison III, offer insulation and water resistance for the cooler months. The Wrinkle Nylon Midi Vest is updated in a spacious silhouette with luxe goose down fill and featured in Inferno orange, Concrete white, and Thunder grey colorways.
Kith Men’s Winter 2022 Classics feature a range of versatile silhouettes in reimagined prints, including seasonal plaids applied across the Sheridan Shirt Jacket, the Murray Plaid Shirt Jacket, the Sterling Quilted Shirt Puffer, and the Plaid Ludlow Button Down. Accessories include caps designed in partnership with New Era, as well as bucket hats and socks. Updated renditions of the Kith LAX Tee, Cortlandt Script Turtleneck, and the Williams I Sweatpant are offered for everyday wardrobing in garment-dyed colorways for a lived-in look and feel.
Kith Winter 2022 accessories include headwear such as the “NY to the World” Waffle Beanie, the Patchwork Print Serif Cap, and Kith’s classic Script Logo Caps. For ultimate coverage, the Serif Balaclava is introduced in Black, Stadium green, and Flagstaff brown. Slippers, beanies and a clear, Kith-monogrammed umbrella round out the assortment.
