For the third year in a row, French sports-inspired brand Lacoste is returning as the official apparel provider of the Miami Open and will dress tournament staff in its signature French collection. The tournament-branded collection incorporates lightweight fabrics with performance and ultra-dry qualities, merging sports with fashion and urban style.
The 2017 Miami Open collection combines both technical and lifestyle components in a variety of products for men, women and children. These sport products include polos, tees, windbreaker jackets, shorts, tennis skirts, hats and handbags. Apparel is made up of run-resistant, ultra-dry piqué knits and technical jersey fabric.
The iconic Lacoste classic polo shirt remains dominant in the collection and comes in various sport fabrications. The collection is available in seasonal colors including shades of bright orange, lime green, light blue and royal blue, with prominent placement of the famous Lacoste crocodile logo. Graphic prints and color blocking are also key components of this collection.
The 2017 Miami Open runs March 20 to April 2 at the Crandon Tennis Center in Key Biscayne. The collection will be sold on-site for the duration of the tournament as well as at select Florida area Lacoste stores and online at www.lacoste.com, starting in early March.
