by MR Magazine Staff

Bill Cunningham, renowned photographer for The New York Times, has suffered a stroke, reported Page Six. Cunningham, 87, is currently recovering in the hospital. Cunningham is a New York City icon and fashion week staple, documenting style and culture from runways around the world to the streets of Manhattan. As designer Oscar de la Renta said, “More than anyone else in the city, he has the whole visual history of the last 40 or 50 years of New York. It’s the total scope of fashion in the life of New York.” See more at Esquire.
