The class will go over basic movement techniques that activate the mind and body, improve your daily productivity, and bring a level of comfort to your day.
Dylann Craig, director of sports medicine and fitness at The Well, will take the class back to the basics: what is mobility, why we stretch, when to stretch, why it’s so important to do now when activity levels seem down for most people quarantined, stretches you can do for working from your desk, and more.
Additionally, he will be joined by Mack Weldon design lead Matthew Congdon, who will provide an overview into the role of fabric in performance clothing to complement any basic stretching routine.
