MANDUKA TO LAUNCH NEW LINE OF YOGA APPAREL
Yoga gear company Manduka will launch its first collection of men’s and women’s apparel designed specifically for the practice on the mat. The line will be available through www.manduka.com, yoga studios and select national retailers starting in February 2016.
Inspired by yoga teachers, athletes and the principles of nature – the men’s and women’s apparel collection is soulfully engineered by yogis, featuring the most cutting edge design technology available in athletic wear and sustainable fabrications. Made from recycled polyester, organic cotton, hemp, Tencel & Modal and Sorona, each material is intentionally chosen for the practice of yoga, allowing for maximum comfort, fit and movement.
The men’s tees, shorts, tanks, pants and hoodies are constructed to resolve reoccurring challenges and discomforts in athletic apparel worn on the mat, while maintaining the lifestyle appeal of street wear; the women’s collection features a full line of performance and lifestyle apparel including pants, bras, camisoles and après yoga pieces.
