MARNI UPDATES ITS ‘TRUNK’ BAG
Marni has updated its much-loved “Trunk” bag for fall – this time creating it in a soft structure. Introduced for the first time in the fall/winter 2020 fashion show, the “Trunk Soft” bag draws inspiration from the silhouette of bike bags.
This new bag, roomy yet compact, is the converging point between comfort and versatility. Detailed compartments with gusset openings work with its minimal design. Like all Marni Trunk Bags, the Trunk Soft is distinguished by its signature closure hardware, and the adjustable shoulder strap with clip buttons allows for the bag to be carried by hand or cross-body.
The Trunk Soft is available in mini and large versions and in a range of soft leathers embracing a palette of colors including vanilla, fuchsia, burgundy, black, mustard, beige, and chocolate brown.
Suitable for both men and women, the Trunk Soft complements Marni’s signature hybrid looks that juxtapose opposing fabrics and shapes.
The Trunk Soft bag, which retails between $1,290 and $1,690, is now available on marni.com, in Marni boutiques, and in selected retailers across the world.
