Montblanc is introducing Montblanc UltraBlack, its first-ever complete cross-category collection united by an all-black design theme. The products will be available beginning in September.

The new line includes the UltraBlack Leather Collection, featuring a backpack, a clutch, and a mini folio; the StarWalker UltraBlack line-up of writing instruments, available as a fountain pen, ballpoint, or fineliner pen, which includes a Precious Resin edition in all-black with contrasting metal fittings and a Doué edition with a black resin barrel paired with a metal cap or forepart; The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere UltraBlack Watch; the Montblanc Summit Lite Aluminium Black Smart Watch, and the Montblanc MB 01 Over-Ear Wireless Headphones.

“The colour black plays a big part in our Maison’s essence, and is core to the brand’s identity,” said Nicolas Baretzki, CEO of Montblanc. “The pieces and their functionality, while unified by their black design, were carefully selected based on the everyday needs and mindset of those who don’t just strive to succeed, but who leave a mark with everything they do, always with meaning and purpose.”

In addition, to celebrate the new line, Montblanc is introducing two additional “Mark Makers,” actor Cillian Murphy and international DJ Peggy Gou, to its “What Moves You, Makes You” advertising campaign.
