NEW YORK MENSWEAR SHOW RETURNS TO PARK CENTRAL HOTEL

by John Russel Jones

New York’s Best Menswear Show makes its return to the Park Central Hotel (870 Seventh Avenue, between West 55th and 56th Streets) in Manhattan this season. New vendors include “Shark Tank” success story Collars & Co, the return to wholesale of Will Leather Goods and North Sails (now under the guidance of Tom Ott), as well as the unique creations of & Sons Garment Co, and classic brand Viyella, in addition to more than 60 other menswear brands.

The show, which runs January 22nd to the 24th, is managed by menswear veteran Don Wechsler of MINE Apparel, who makes sure the focus stays on sales. Registered retailers will get a digital directory before the show with a complete listing of brands and room numbers.

“We are one full floor of the hotel with 57 rooms and over 80 vendors,” says Wechsler. “The show is easy to shop, comfortable, in a nice quiet venue with free refreshments available all day. We’ve got top brands, covering all areas of better menswear.”
