NHL strikes Mitchell & Ness licensing agreement

The National Hockey League (NHL) has announced a new partnership with Mitchell & Ness, which will see the lifestyle brand gain rights to produce licensed apparel, headwear and accessories for all 32 franchises.

The duration and rights of the deal align with the NHL’s existing ecommerce partnership with merchandise giant Fanatics, which acquired Mitchell & Ness in February in a deal reportedly worth US$250 million. Read more at SportsProMedia.
