Once more unto the breeches: why King Charles’s traditional attire could set a new trend

With talk of King Charles and the gentle plume of his lustrous satin breeches, you would be forgiven for thinking you had woken up in 1684 to further stories on whether this year’s harvest be fulsome and what the Whigs are up to.

But it’s Charles III we’re referring to, who followed in the (bejewelled) footsteps of his namesake ancestors by donning a pair of breeches for the Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace last week. Read more at The Telegraph.
