RAG & BONE INTRODUCES TWO NEW UNISEX FRAGRANCES

by Stephen Garner

Rag & Bone has introduced two new fragrances to its collection of unisex scents.

First up, Genmaicha possesses a zesty infusion of green tea and matcha, with elements of rice and cedar wood, creating a signature aroma that is bright and herbal, with subtle floral and nutty notes. The traditional scents of frangipani flowers and gardenia petals are the foundation for Monoï’s combination of juicy pear, and banana leaves, with a musky finish.

Each fragrance is packaged in a glass bottle molded at Heinz Glas’ 400-year-old factory in Tettau, Germany. To launch the two new scents, Rag & Bone will also release a limited-edition version of Genmaicha and Monoï available in frosted bottles in sets of 100, each uniquely numbered and packaged.

“It was important that we get everything just right,” said Marcus Wainwright, founder and chief brand officer of Rag & Bone. “From the foundations, like tracking down the finest ingredients and essential oils, to the smallest details in molding the curve of the bottle, finding the perfect porcelain to engrave, and fine-tuning the way the cap snaps shut with a magnetized closure.”

Crafted by leading perfumers from around the world in partnership with Wainwright, the unisex fragrances were designed to embody the Rag & Bone experience. Genmaicha and Monoï join Encens, Amber, Cypress, Bergamot, Neroli, and Oddity in the collection.
