RETAILMENOT TAPS J. SCOTT DI VALERIO AS CFO
RetailMeNot, Inc., the world’s largest marketplace for digital offers, has appointed J. Scott Di Valerio as its chief financial officer. DiValerio, who has 25 years of retail experience, most recently served as chief executive officer at Outerwall, the company that created a network of 64,000 retail kiosks, including brands like Redbox and Coinstar.
Meanwhile, interim CFO Lou Agnese has been appointed as the company’s senior vice president, administration, and Jonathan Kaplan was permanently appointed to the role of general counsel and corporate secretary.
