On Monday November 21, Saks Fifth Avenue‘s New York flagship debuted its iconic holiday windows and light show entitled Land of 1000 Delights, presented by Mastercard. The theme, appearing in all 41 stores in the U.S. and Canada, is an enchanting landscape of colorful candy and festive fashion. Jumbo swirl lollipops, whipped cotton candy and mounds of rock candy are seen throughout each store’s visual displays, creating an irresistible destination for the holidays.

Crowds gathered around Fifth Avenue as 85 dancers from the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School pre-professional division performed to a rendition of The Nutcracker Suite, while the building’s façade was illuminated by a multicolored ten-story tall light show. Saks’ animated center six windows along Fifth Avenue, dubbed “The Nutcracker Sweet”, boast wondrous scenes of Clara and the Mouse King amongst a luscious wonderland.

The light show will continue to play from 5:00pm – 11:00pm (EST) every ten minutes until January 2, 2017.
