Delivering Good, (formerly known as K.I.D.S/Fashion Delivers) held their annual gala fundraiser on Wednesday, November 8 at the Museum of Natural History. Since 1985, the charity has facilitated over $1.6 billion of donated products to be distributed through their network of community partners to poor and disadvantaged people worldwide.

The honorees for this year’s annual gala, each of whom was being recognized for their support and dedication to Delivering Good, were Lissa Baum, EVP and Chief Lending Officer, Israel Discount Bank of New York; Allan Ellinger, Senior Managing Partner, MMG Advisors, and Chairman of Delivering Good; Brad D. Rose, Partner, Pryor Cashman; and Stephen Teglas, Senior Vice President, The Walt Disney Company.

The evening’s featured speaker was entrepreneur and television star Bethenny Frankel, whose partnership with Delivering Good is providing much-needed gift cards, bank cards and critical supplies to people affected by recent natural disasters. Guests heard Frankel describe what drove her to actively lead relief efforts for people in Texas, Florida, Mexico, Puerto Rico and other areas recently affected by natural disasters.

“It is an honor to see how the support from over 300 fashion, home and children’s companies helps Delivering Good make a profound impact in the lives of people challenged by poverty and natural disasters,” stated Lisa Gurwitch, president and CEO of Delivering good. “This year, our partnership with Bethenny Frankel’s B Strong program has made a significant impact on the lives of many families and individuals, with the provision of much-needed gift cards and critical supplies.”
