On the evening of December 1, 2015, Italian luxury brand Bruno Magli presented ‘A Taste Of Italy:’ a celebration of Italian culture to kick off the holiday season. Taking place at New York’s stylish SoHo venue, Chef’s Club, the event was co-hosted by celebrity chef Scott Conant and Food & Wine magazine, and featured an exclusive, Italian-inspired menu curated by Chef Conant for the evening’s festivities.

Guests in attendance — some of whom had traveled from as far as Italy — were offered a sneak-peak at a fantastic compilation of vintage footwear from the Bruno Magli archive collection, in advance of its reveal for the brand’s upcoming 80th anniversary. They also enjoyed a first-look at forthcoming styles from the men’s and women’s FW16 collections, marking the return of Bruno Magli women’s collections to the U.S. market.

Amongst notable guests, Elementary star Lucy Liu, a friend to the brand, wore Bruno Magli shoes from the upcoming women’s FW16 collection. The stunning stilettos were custom-made for Lucy, and were hand-carried from Italy exclusively for her to wear at the event.

Other notable guests included Marquee Brands president Michael DeVirgilio, Marquee Brands COO Cory M. Baker, Alan Cumming, Kristen & Josh Taekman, Jill Zarin, Phillip Bloch, Cameron Moir, Jason Ritter, NYCFC soccer player RJ Allen, AndrewAndrew, and chefs Johnny Iuzzini, Aaron Sanchez, and Marc Murphy.
