It’s either the kickoff or the wind-down, depending on who you ask. New York Fashion Week is here, representing the final leg of the men’s shows (which started in Italy in January) and the first leg of the women’s shows (which will soon hop over to London, then onward to Milan and Paris). Upstart brands and established labels alike are showing their fall/winter 2023 wares, giving us all something to look forward to after the summer heat sets in and then gives way to colder whether once more.
