Men’s fashion has been on a tear lately, with male celebrities often out-peacocking their female counterparts in the red carpet game. Men’s grooming trends, however, have tended to take a back seat. But we have real facial hair news to delve into: the return of the moustache.
Unlike hipster lip caterpillars of yore, the modern moustache is a throwback to the manly ’staches of the 1970s, a la Burt Reynolds, and most often comes with an otherwise clean-shaven face. It has been adopted by a wide range of notable men, from cleaner-cut Blue Jays like Matt Chapman to actor heartthrobs of various ages, including Jude Law, Paul Mescal, Jacob Elordi and Michael B.
