THE MR ADVISORY BOARD: KARL-EDWIN GUERRE

MR is happy to welcome the renowned founder and creative director of No Chaser magazine, streetwear photographer, and Instagram style influencer Guerre to our board of advisors, lending us his own brand of depth and expertise.

I have been a professional photographer for close to 15 years and have had the opportunity to shoot for some of the most respected fashion publications, from Esquire, and GQ Japan, to the Rake.  Having been at the forefront of the social media movement, I was able to work with brands in terms of creating social media content, and consulting.

2021 marked the beginning of No Chaser Magazine, a publication that unites cultures through style and shares stories pertaining to style from a global perspective.

Travelling remains one of my favorite parts of the journey.  I’ve had the opportunity to hear countless stories about passion and love of art, this also is one of my most memorable parts of photography and publishing.

In high school I remember wearing grey pinstripe Lee’s, Sasson was cool, and then it was about Adidas track suits, and fat laces  The rest is either a blur or just not style worthy

Menswear has moved away from print publishing.  Things are now digital, and instead of following that path, I decided to create my own.  Better yet create a print publication when many were deciding that print wasn’t the way, I felt it was the right time to share the stories that made up the fabric of menswear.
