Elevated by designers, from Rag & Bone to Brunello Cucinelli, and embraced by stylish gents, the hoodie is growing up and shedding its schlubby reputation. The shift is partly due to the fact that, over the past year or so, the world of menswear has turned its collective attention toward casual gear. “Once designers got their hands on [the hoodie], it became elevated,” said New York-based fashion stylist Eugene Tong. “Better cuts, nicer knits and cashmere.” Read more at The Wall Street Journal.
