Todd Snyder x TIMEXThe collaboration between designer Todd Snyder and heritage watch brand Timex is continuing with “The Reissue Collection,” which includes two bestselling timepieces brought back by popular demand, as well as the first digital watch being offered by Snyder. The watches are available beginning on November 1 at Snyder’s flagship store in Madison Square, which will have a dedicated area for watches, and through ToddSnyder.com.

Inspired by 1970s military-spec watches and reinvented for everyday civilian wear, the Todd Snyder + Timex Military Watch ($138) was launched in February 2016. It features vintage-inspired dial artwork based on exceptionally rare pieces in the Timex archive and has now been updated with contemporary cases and strap detailing for a clean, modern silhouette. The watch comes in three colorways: a sleek, blacked-out version with olive accents; a smart grey-on-black palette; and a slightly more casual interpretation featuring a cream face with olive accents. In addition, it is being packaged in a gift set with a second camouflage nylon double layer slip-thru strap in honor of its authentic military origins.

Todd Snyder x TIMEXBased on a bullseye design discovered in the Timex archives, the Todd Snyder + Timex Mod Watch ($138), which was first introduced in July 2016, blends a graphic mod-era look with state-of-the-art functionality. The new version features a white face and bullseye in Todd Snyder’s signature olive color, along with a vintage-inspired dial and military-inspired nylon strap.

Finally, the collection includes the first digital watch in the Todd Snyder universe, the Timex Ironman Endure Shock 30 Lap ($98). This fitness-forward style is based on an original design developed by Timex in 1984 in partnership with the Ironman Triathlon. This new interpretation maintains the authentic athletic look and performance of the original, with subtle updates including an enlarged face and dial and rubber strap.

“I think this was the first digital watch I ever owned,” says Snyder. “Remember when we all thought they were so cool?”
