TRAVIS SCOTT TEAMS UP WITH JORDAN BRAND

by Stephen Garner

Rapper Travis Scott has teamed up with the Jordan Brand to release the new Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki.” The collaboration will launch globally on Scott’s birthday, April 30th. Cactus Jack, Scott’s clothing line, will also drop a matching motocross-inspired collection “Cactus Crossover” available on the site.

The “Cactus Crossover” collection features 35 products spanning from dyed hoodies to rugby-style shirts, tees, work jackets, shorts, safari hats, and more. It also features unique collectibles including a custom charging bank, backpack, packing tape, and more.

The new collection pairs perfectly with Scott’s new Air Jordan “British Khaki” which represents a reprise of his 2019 Jordan Brand collaboration. For this release, Scott teamed up with long-time Jordan Brand family member and former NBA player Richard “Rip” Hamilton to capture the official campaign.

“It’s super exciting,” said Hamilton. “It’s one of the greatest feelings for me personally because Travis is Travis. He’s a superstar, right? He has a very creative mind. I often talk about seeing the game from a different lens, seeing plays before they actually happen. When you talk about Travis and how artistic he is, it’s the same thing. I felt as though it was perfect.”

In addition to the highly-anticipated footwear, the Jordan Brand collaboration will feature a six-piece apparel collection including a utility vest, button-down top, canvas pants, pool shorts, short-sleeve top, and pullover hoodie which can be found via Scott’s site.
