Building on the success of the brand’s popular Fluff Yeah Slide, which has been since adopted by men for its bold look and slipper-like feel, Ugg has introduced two new styles completely re-engineered in extended sizes ranging from men’s 5-18.
Ugg tapped photographer RAYSCORRUPTEDMIND to creative direct and shoot the campaign, reflecting the brand’s celebration of individuality and style. Set in a suburban backyard, the free-spirited and fun content features an unapologetic and bold cast, including NBA and fashion legend Dennis Rodman, model/skateboarder Evan Mock, renowned model Omahyra Mota, and designer/artists Slumpy Kev and Imran Potato. With their own personality in mind, stylist Matthew Mazur perfectly communicates the multitude of ways to wear these styles, with support by creative agency partner and executive producer Sun-ny Side Up.
Equal parts ease and attitude, the Fluff You and Fluff It provides effortless style with exposed fluff, offered in a carefree slip-on and closed-toe silhouette. Both styles are made from cozy UggPlush wool blend with a supremely soft sheepskin insole. The lightweight Treadlite by Ugg outsole increases cushioning and flexibility and a new platform width provides better stability for larger sizes. A new upper protects the material from touching the ground, which allows for indoor-outdoor use.
The opened-toe Fluff You slide ($100) launches today exclusively at Ugg, Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs, and Eastbay stores and e-commerce sites in North America. The closed-toe Fluff It slide ($110) will debut later in December and both styles will continue in 2021 with new iterations and worldwide distribution.
