VAULT BY VANS RELEASES NEWEST COLLABORATION WITH HAVEN
After joining forces in 2019 and 2020, Vault by Vans and Canadian specialty store Haven are back for their third collaboration. This time, the duo has developed a technical take on the ‘90s skate classic Lampin sneaker. Though the OG Lampin VLT LX’s name may imply laid-back style, Haven has given it an elevated material upgrade.
The new Vault by Vans x Haven OG Lampin VLT LX features an upper made of water-resistant hairy suede, contrasted by tonal nubuck on the medial midfoot and the heel stripe. The shoe’s interior is geared towards ultimate comfort thanks to a soft pigskin leather lining supported with a cushy padded collar. Dual-branded leather insoles feature ULTRACUSH HD foam that provides a premium feel, both on and off-board. There’s also a laser-etched nubuck brand tab, nodding to the design’s collaborative nature. Down below, Vault by Vans’ signature vulcanized waffle rubber outsoles are embellished with contrasting black foxing and a black heel bumper to complete the details.
The Vault by Vans x Haven OG Lampin VLT LX, which will retail for $150, will release in-store at Haven Toronto and Haven Vancouver as well as on the Haven website on October 23rd.
