Liberty Fairs will debut its inaugural show in Miami this weekend. Slated to start on Saturday, July 10th, the trade event will be co-located with its sister swimwear show, Cabana, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Brands excepted to be in attendance include 7 For All Mankind, Barena Venezia, Bobblehaus, Edwin, Fair Harbor, Gimo’s, Kappa, OAS, Paige, President’s, Scotch & Soda, Stone Rose, Wood Wood, and more.

Plus, the show will host a series of panel discussions featuring industry professionals with its new LibertyLIVE initiative. Kicking off the panel series on Saturday, July 10th at 2pm, MR’s very own fashion director, Stephen Garner, joins Ian Freeman of The Billionaires Club and Devon Johnson, founder of Bleu Magazine, to discuss the new world of media, the impacts of social media, and how to build an empire. Four additional panels will be held throughout the weekend.

On Sunday, July 11th, the day will kick off with a morning run on the beach, spearheaded by celebrity stylist and Adidas co-captain, Kwasi Kessie. Adidas will provide running gear for the key influencers, buyers, and press who will be participating. Then in the afternoon from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, Kessie and industry insiders will take center stage discussing the importance of communities, and the power of collaboration in today’s fashion industry. Kessie will also share highlights from his partnership with Adidas and his leadership role as a captain of Adidas Runners NYC as well as offer advice on how to foster a long-lasting relationship with brands.

“After all the challenges of the pandemic, we were determined to introduce an exciting element to this year’s trade show,” said Edwina Kuelgo, vice president of Liberty Fairs. “We believe that the expertise of our panelists and the information they will provide will educate and equip our patrons to become more strategic and successful in their post-pandemic businesses.”
