Menswear designer Zachary Prell has partnered with e-tailer Gilt to launch a full-priced, exclusive ‘see now, buy now’ capsule collection that will coincide with Prell’s presentation on July 13 at New York Fashion Week: Men’s. As part of the partnership, Prell will be showing a range of items including sportshirts, linen tanks, and a sportcoat, that will retail from $65 to $498.
“We’re producing an edited assortment of 27 sku’s that are perfectly suited for summertime in the city: breathable and cool cotton and linen tees and knits as well as a patterned short that compliment any look,” Prell told MR. “The exclusive items from our Gilt capsule will be styled not only as full shoppable looks, but also will be layered with other key pieces from our new collection.”
Gilt will also give members the chance to attend Zachary Prell’s men’s fashion week presentation by offering an exclusive sweeps which includes five pairs of tickets. Additionally, the Hudson’s Bay-owned retailer will also be hosting a Zachary Prell meet and greet within the Gilt shop at Saks OFF 5TH on 57th Street on July 14 from 7 pm to 9 pm.
And, to round the collaboration out, Prell will be launching a curated selection on Gilt City New York that will feature his favorite things to do in the city.
