BARBOUR EXPANDS NORTH AMERICAN WHOLESALE AND MARKETING DIVISIONS
Barbour Inc., the North American subsidiary of J. Barbour & Sons, Ltd., of Britain, has made several changes in its sales and marketing teams.
Jenell Wade has been promoted to brand manager for NYC, effective immediately. Wade began her Barbour career in the retail division in the fall of 2014 with experience in regional wholesale and visual merchandising, and has now shifted her focus to the wholesale business. In her new role, she will manage the Barbour flagship shop in Macy’s Herald Square to oversee in-store presentation, inventories and drive sales. Wade has brought more than 10 years of experience in wholesale management and merchandising at retailers including, Nordstrom, Ralph Lauren and Davaco prior to joining Barbour in 2014 as an assistant visual merchandise manager.
Sydnor Coffman has been appointed to the company’s Southeast territory manager. Coffman will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Southeast region as part of the Southern sales team. Prior to joining the Barbour wholesale team, Coffman previously worked as a sales associate at Atlantic Beach Surfshop and Granger-Owings Classic Clothiers.

Barbour, Inc. has also hired Emily Dillon to the marketing team as the marking manager of North America. She will work alongside Elissa Millican, head of marketing North America and will be responsible for assisting in implementing key marketing plans to meet North America business objectives on both a trade and wholesale level. Dillion joins Barbour with more than two years of marketing experience at Puma where she worked in the retail and trade commercial marketing sector.
