CLARKS ORIGINALS INTRODUCES TRIGENIC FLEX
Clarks Originals, the nearly 200-year-old shoe brand, is introducing Trigenic Flex, a new line of everyday footwear that fuses a shoemaker’s craft and traditions with advanced technology and innovation.
The Trigenic Flex takes inspiration from an original 1883 Clarks Hygiene design; stylish shoes that were shaped to the natural contours of the foot, says Prad Indrakumar, senior designer, Clarks Originals. “This was a collection that allowed space for the toes of your foot to move as you walked – revolutionary for its time. We looked at how we could bring this into a modern context,:” he adds.
For the Trigenic Flex, an anatomical last shape has been slimmed down and combined with a three-part decoupled sole unit, to support each stage of impact, and deconstructed uppers crafted from premium leather panels, cut, angled and interlocked for optimum comfort.
Clarks are sold in major department stores, shoe emporiums, and its own stand-alone stores.
