[metaslider id=112758] American lifestyle footwear and accessories brand Cole Haan will officially open its new Dallas NorthPark Center retail store on June 11, marking the first of the company’s new stores in North America to feature its latest design concept: a residential layout that showcases the brand’s new innovative products.

The 3,000-square-foot shop will highlight the full expression of the company’s merchandise, including footwear, apparel, handbags and accessories. Each room in the store will be dedicated to specific Cole Haan product, starting with the Grand collection in the front, casual in the center and dress in the back of the store.

The store’s neutral color palette incorporates a blend of traditional and modern design aesthetic with use of a large scale marble mosaic pattern in the front foyer. Custom lighting and flexible millwork will not only highlight all product categories, but also create distinct product presentations for female and male consumers.

“We are not only excited about the opening of our new NorthPark location, but also to introduce this new design concept to our retail stores in North America, which we have seen much success with overseas,” said Michael Prince, Cole Haan’s president and COO. “We are confident it will prove successful for this location and future stores to come as we roll out many new doors globally over the next year.”
