EDDIE BAUER INKS DEAL WITH GLOBAL ACTION GROUP FOR WORKWEAR COLLECTION

Global Action Group has inked a new deal with Eddie Bauer to design, manufacture and sell a complete Eddie Bauer-branded workwear collection for men and women.

The assortment will include a full range of rugged outerwear, tops, fleece, bibs, and jeans all with performance treatments such as stain resistance and durable water repellent. Key canvas pieces are made with a specially developed heavy-weight, durable yet soft-touch sanded canvas with durable water repellent and stain-resistant finishes, with triple-needle reinforced seams.

Heavy-weight flannel, twill, chamois, and rip-stop fabrications in solids and classic Eddie Bauer plaids are utilized in woven shirts, with utilitarian details such as pencil-pockets, and gusseted arms vents for extra movement on the job. Durable, heavyweight fleece hoodies and sweatshirts, graphic tees and waffle henleys round out the assortment and are key layering pieces for warmth and protection in the elements. True to the Eddie Bauer brand, every piece in the collection is designed to withstand the harshest conditions of the worksite.

Leading the Global Action Group effort is Doug Marchisello. He will oversee design, sales and marketing initiatives with his team. Indus Apparel will be responsible for all product manufacturing and TSI will handle all operations, warehousing, and finances. Partners in Global Action with Marchisello include Abid Hafeez of Indus Apparel and David Scrima owner of TSI.

The Eddie Bauer Workwear showroom is located in New York City at 1441 Broadway, 23rd floor. The collection is scheduled to launch for fall 2020. Jeff Chrisman and Steve Eisenberg are responsible for key account sales, and Eisenberg heads up the NY showroom as well.
