FAIR HARBOR APPOINTS THREE RETAIL VETERANS TO ITS BOARD

Sustainable apparel brand Fair Harbor welcomes three retail veterans to its Board. As the digitally native business focuses on continuing to expand its product offering and channel distribution, these experienced industry leaders will help drive Fair Harbor’s next growth phase. The appointees include:

  • Tracy Gardner – former President of J. Crew from 2004 – 2010 (lead team while taking company public in 2006); currently on the Board of Gap, Inc.
  • Silvia Mazzucchelli – currently BCG Senior Advisor and board member with VTEX (NYSE), Carbon38, COYUCHI, and former CEO and C-Suite with The Collected Group, ModCloth, TOMS Shoes, American Apparel and Guess? Inc
  • Jennifer Olsen – currently Chief Marketing Officer of Caleres; former Chief Marketing Officer of UNTUCKit and Crate & Barrel.

I will use my deep understanding of vertical multi-channel brands to help the team navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. I am excited about Fair Harbor’s product innovation in the pipeline as they continue to challenge themselves to find new sustainable materials and develop products their customers will love.”
