HONOR THE GIFT X UNION LOS ANGELES COLLABORATION PAYS HOMAGE TO LA BREA
For those of us who don’t live in Los Angeles, La Brea may conjure images of Ice Age excavation site the La Brea tar pits (I blame the Flintstones) or the scrumptious offerings at La Brea Bakery (a personal pilgrimage when I’m in town). But for a lot of people, it’s just their neighborhood and an up-and-coming one at that!
Russel Westbrook’s brand Honor the Gift and retailer UNION Los Angeles have joined forces to pay homage to the La Brea neighborhood, known in Los Angeles as the destination for being a trailblazer in fashion as well as a social hub for the community with a new capsule launching on October 29, 2022. The collection will be available exclusively at the Honor The Gift Flagship Store in Los Angeles. The collection is infused with Honor the Gift and UNION’s love and respect for the inner city, humility, and passion, and a portion of all proceeds will be donated directly to the Why Not? Foundation. T-shirts come in black or white ($52), with hoodies ($140) shorts ($75), and a hat ($52).
