With almost thirty years in executive management in the media and events industry, Shawn Hazan has launched his own venture, dubbed HAZCOMM

Hazan describes his new company as a “results-driven strategic advisory group created with the intent to assist consumer lifestyle companies in navigating unexpected market conditions.” He explains further that he aims to leverage his experience in strategy creation, revenue building, brand development, operational excellence, and organizational structure in a variety of industries including media, events, eSports, fashion, wholesale, retail, and sustainability to name a few.

“I have always sought to be a resource for companies and individual’s intent on achieving their highest potential,” said Hazan. “Our mission at HAZCOMM is to help companies grow and scale without sacrifice and to positively impact both the people and profitability of an organization.”

HAZCOMM launches in a time when the inevitable changes to an organization are dramatically accelerated by the global pandemic.  By helping organizations navigate unforeseen obstacles, HAZCOMM aims to help brands authentically fix and define their DNA while focusing on their customers and employees.

HAZCOMM is currently advising Testa Communications, an integrated media company and their portfolio of brands, FASHinnovatION, a global content platform that connects innovators and entrepreneurs of fashion and technology and is the managing director of The Energy Guidance Center, a wellness-based coaching and event company.

He previously served as commercial director at Informa Markets (the parent company of Coterie, Project, and MAGIC trade shows) where he was responsible for overseeing cultural and operational alignment, commercial development, event execution, and sustainability initiatives across the fashion portfolio.
